Job Description

  • Lead all onsite construction activities from mobilization through final closeout on Southeast‑based projects.
  • Manage subcontractors, field staff, site logistics, and construction sequencing to meet aggressive schedules.
  • Enforce company safety programs, job hazard analysis, and OSHA compliance at all times.
  • Review and interpret drawings, specifications, schedules, and scopes of work for accurate execution.
  • Coordinate inspections, long‑lead material deliveries, and trade sequencing.
  • Conduct daily huddles, weekly subcontractor meetings, and progress reporting.
  • Maintain daily job logs, safety documentation, quality checklists, and photo documentation.
  • Oversee quality control, punch list execution, and owner turnover.
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers to manage schedule impacts, changes, and risk mitigation.
  • Travel regionally throughout the Southeast for the duration of assigned projects.

The Successful Applicant

  • 7-15+ years of superintendent experience on commercial or institutional projects.
  • Strong experience in healthcare, industrial, distribution, education, hospitality, or multifamily construction.
  • Proven ability to lead complex projects ranging from ground‑up to major renovations.
  • Deep understanding of construction sequencing, MEP coordination, and logistics planning.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills with subcontractors, inspectors, and internal teams.
  • A safety‑driven mindset with a consistent record of clean, organized jobsites.
  • Willingness to travel regionally within the Southeast U.S. for extended assignments.
