Superintendents are empowered to lead their sites with authority while being supported by experienced project management, engineering, and safety teams.Job DescriptionField & Project LeadershipLead all onsite construction activities from mobilization through startup, commissioning support, and closeout.Manage subcontractors, self‑perform crews, equipment, and daily field operations.Plan and execute work related to process structures, concrete basins, piping systems, pump installations, and site civil work.Coordinate sequencing for tie‑ins, shutdowns, and operational cutovers within active facilities.Safety, Quality & ComplianceEnforce company safety programs, job hazard analysis, and OSHA compliance at all times.Maintain strict adherence to quality standards, specifications, and inspection requirements.Coordinate with inspectors, engineers, owners, and regulatory agencies on site activities.Planning & DocumentationReview and interpret drawings, specifications, schedules, and work plans.Conduct daily huddles, weekly coordination meetings, and look‑ahead planning sessions.Maintain daily reports, safety documentation, production tracking, and photo logs.Partner closely with Project Managers to manage schedule impacts, risks, and constructability challenges.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
