Job Description

  • Lead all field operations on ground-up commercial construction projects
  • Manage project schedules, subcontractors, and site logistics
  • Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards
  • Coordinate with project managers, owners, architects, and trade partners
  • Drive projects from sitework through turnover and closeout
  • Travel extensively throughout the Western U.S. as project needs dictate

The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years of superintendent experience on ground-up commercial projects
  • Proven ability to manage projects independently
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Experience coordinating multiple trades and complex project schedules
  • Willingness to travel throughout the Pacific Northwest and Western United States
  • Background in financial institutions, commercial, municipal, or other large-scale construction projects preferred
