Traveling Superintendent

Traveling Super job Description:

• Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities and personnel.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and clients to maintain clear communication and expectations.
• Uphold safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
• Prepare and maintain daily project reports and documentation.
• Inspect work progress and ensure adherence to project specifications and quality standards.
• Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.
• Travel frequently to project sites across Texas, Oklahoma, and surrounding states.
