Job Description

  • Oversee daily operations of construction projects to ensure timely completion.
  • Manage and coordinate subcontractors and construction crews on-site.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays.
  • Maintain accurate records of project schedules, costs, and progress reports.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and other stakeholders.
  • Inspect work to ensure it meets quality standards and project specifications.
  • Travel as needed to various project sites to oversee work and ensure alignment with plans.
