Job Description

  • Oversee daily construction activities across assigned project sites.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site teams to maintain project schedules.
  • Review project plans and specifications to guide field execution.
  • Monitor work quality and address site issues as they arise.
  • Maintain safe job sites and reinforce site safety practices.
  • Track project progress and share clear updates with project stakeholders.
  • Coordinate material deliveries and site logistics to keep work moving.
  • Travel to project locations as needed to provide consistent field oversight.

  • Experience overseeing construction activities on active job sites.
  • Ability to coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and daily field work.
  • Ability to read and follow construction plans and specifications.
  • Experience monitoring job-site quality, progress, and safety.
  • Ability to identify site issues and coordinate practical solutions.
  • Comfort traveling to assigned project locations.
