Job Description

  • Lead onsite construction activities from preconstruction through project completion
  • Manage day-to-day jobsite operations, including subcontractors and vendors
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and company protocols
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, proactively addressing delays
  • Conduct regular site meetings with project teams and stakeholders
  • Coordinate inspections, permitting, and quality control processes
  • Track progress and provide regular updates to project leadership
  • Drive productivity while maintaining high-quality workmanship

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
  • Proven experience with ground-up and interior big box and/or hospitality projects
  • Ability to manage large-scale, multi-million-dollar builds
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and safety compliance
  • Willingness and ability to travel full-time
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
