Job Description

  • Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, documents, and evidence.
  • Conduct legal research and draft case summaries and correspondence.
  • Manage and maintain case files, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and accessible.
  • Coordinate and schedule witness interviews, depositions, and court appearances.
  • Prepare and file legal documents with courts and other relevant entities.
  • Review and analyze legal documents and evidence for case strategy.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and other team members to ensure smooth workflow during litigation.
  • Provide administrative support, including document formatting and data entry.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Trial Litigation Paralegal should have:
