Job Description

  • Coordinate logistics and schedules for trial preparations and proceedings.
  • Manage and organize trial-related documents and materials.
  • Provide administrative support to legal teams during trial phases.
  • Facilitate communication between internal teams and external parties.
  • Assist with travel arrangements and accommodations for trial participants.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant protocols and deadlines.
  • Support post-trial activities, including document archiving and reporting.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Trial Logistics Coordinator should have:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience working in litigation support, trial coordination, or executive support.

  • Effective communication and coordination abilities.
