Job Description

  • Manage and oversee assigned trust accounts to ensure compliance and proper administration.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
  • Provide tailored financial solutions to meet client needs and objectives.
  • Ensure all trust-related documentation is accurate and up to date.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support to clients.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and expand service offerings.
  • Monitor and manage financial transactions within trust accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Stay updated on relevant regulations and industry trends to provide informed guidance to clients.
