The organization is known for its strong culture, investment in people, and commitment to delivering predictable outcomes on major projects.Job DescriptionThe Traveling Project Manager will report into senior leadership and be responsible for end-to-end project delivery on mission critical data center projects across Texas. You will lead project execution, client coordination, and team alignment on fast-paced builds where schedule is paramount.Manage full lifecycle of large-scale data center construction projectsOversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and project teamsLead coordination of complex MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) scopesEnsure proactive communication with clients and internal stakeholders ("no surprises" delivery)Drive schedule adherence on high-priority, time-sensitive projectsUtilize tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, and Primavera P6 to manage executionSupport team development and maintain strong on-site culture aligned with safety, quality, and cleanliness standardsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
