The company is known for its commitment to safety, operational excellence, and employee development, providing a stable environment with long-term career growth opportunities.Job DescriptionThe Utility Superintendent will oversee all field operations for underground utility and civil construction projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with project plans and specifications. This individual will manage crews, subcontractors, equipment, and resources while coordinating daily construction activities involving water mains, sanitary sewer systems, storm drainage systems, and related site infrastructure. The role requires close collaboration with Project Managers, engineers, inspectors, and clients to maintain project schedules, resolve field issues, and uphold quality standards. Responsibilities include monitoring productivity, enforcing safety protocols, conducting site inspections, managing labor and equipment utilization, maintaining daily reports, and ensuring projects are delivered successfully from start to finish.
