MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.The Successful ApplicantFor the Vendor Manager we are seeking:3+ years of experience in Vendor Management, Supplier Relations, Subcontractor Management, Strategic Sourcing, Facilities Management, Field Services, Construction Services, or related industries.Experience building, recruiting, or managing vendor, contractor, subcontractor, or service provider networks.Strong negotiation skills with the ability to discuss pricing, service capabilities, contracts, and service agreements.Proven ability to build relationships and influence both internal stakeholders and external partners.Experience working within fast-paced environments supporting large-scale projects, facilities maintenance programs, retail rollouts, or field service operations.Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.Experience working with ERP, CRM, vendor management, or contractor management platforms is preferred.A collaborative, team-oriented approach with a positive attitude and willingness to support colleagues.What's on OfferBase salary of $70,000 - $85,000.Discretionary annual bonus opportunity.Remote working environment.Join a growing team with significant investment and leadership support.Opportunity to help scale a national vendor network and make a visible impact on business performance.Exposure to large-scale facilities, maintenance, retail transformation, and project execution programs serving major national brands.Clear potential for long-term career growth as the Vendor Management function continues to expand.Interested?
