We are seeking an experienced Vice President of Construction to provide strategic leadership, operational oversight, and execution excellence across a growing portfolio of commercial construction projects throughout Central Florida. This executive-level position will be responsible for driving project performance, developing high-performing teams, enhancing operational processes, and ensuring successful project delivery from preconstruction through closeout.

Job Description

  • Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including architects, contractors, and consultants, to meet project objectives.
  • Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans.
  • Oversee project teams, ensuring alignment with goals and maintaining high performance standards.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, codes, and standards.
  • Monitor progress and provide regular updates to senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Identify and address potential challenges or delays, implementing solutions proactively.
  • Manage project documentation and reporting to ensure transparency and accountability.
