The opening is for a Vice President of Sales & Marketing who will lead the entire North American commercial function. This person will be responsible for developing the sales strategy, leading a team of salespeople and sales leaders, growing relationships with engineers, contractors, fabricators, distributors, and other key stakeholders, and driving profitable revenue growth across multiple product lines. They're looking for someone with a strong background in structural steel, construction products, building materials, or related industries who has successfully led teams and scaled businesses.
