Job Description



  • Manage full development lifecycle: Oversee projects from site selection and due diligence through design, construction, and final delivery.


  • Lead joint venture partnerships: Work with external development partners, review plans and budgets, negotiate contracts, and monitor progress.


  • Oversee construction and design: Manage bidding, contracts, cost tracking, and schedules to keep projects on time and within budget.


  • Handle entitlements and approvals: Coordinate zoning, permitting, and work with municipalities and regulatory agencies.


  • Support investment decisions: Assist with underwriting, feasibility analysis, and internal approval materials.


  • Manage tenant improvements: Oversee build-to-suit projects and tenant improvement work for leased developments.


  • Track and report performance: Monitor budgets, timelines, and provide project updates to internal teams.

The Successful Applicant



  • Extensive experience: 15+ years in real estate development, construction, or related roles within industrial or commercial projects.


  • Full project expertise: Proven ability to manage projects from land acquisition through construction and completion.


  • Strong leadership skills: Experience managing multiple projects at once and coordinating with internal teams and external partners.


  • Technical knowledge: Solid understanding of construction, site work, budgeting, and development processes.


  • Deal and contract savvy: Skilled in reviewing budgets, negotiating contracts, and managing financial performance.


  • Problem-solver: Able to identify risks early and keep projects on track with effective solutions.


  • Collaborative and professional: Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams, partners, and municipalities.
