• Lead and manage financial audit processes to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
• Develop and implement effective audit methodologies and procedures.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and mitigate financial risks.
• Prepare detailed audit reports with actionable recommendations for process improvement.
• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management practices.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure their integration into audit practices.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior audit staff.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership effectively.
