Job Description

This is a highly visible executive leadership role with significant influence over the future of the organization. The Vice President of Human Resources will serve as the senior HR leader for the Americas region, partnering closely with the Regional CEO and Executive Leadership Team to build the people, leadership, culture, and organizational capabilities required to support the long-term growth strategy. The successful candidate will help elevate HR from a primarily operational function to a strategic business partner, driving initiatives around organizational design, leadership development, succession planning, change management, talent strategy, and employee engagement.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to the Americas CEO and Executive Leadership Team.
  • Develop and execute a multi-year people strategy aligned with the organization's growth objectives through 2030 and beyond.
  • Actively participate in business planning, organizational effectiveness, talent discussions, and strategic decision-making.
  • Lead organizational design and workforce planning initiatives across the Americas region.
  • Create and drive succession planning frameworks to strengthen the leadership pipeline.
  • Develop scalable talent management and leadership development strategies.
  • Support enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, including organizational restructuring, process optimization, and change management efforts.
  • Play an active leadership role in ongoing HR technology and operational transformation projects, including Oracle implementation initiatives.
  • Drive employee engagement, culture development, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
  • Establish consistent talent practices across multiple countries and business units.
  • Foster a high-performance culture while maintaining the values and long-term orientation of a family-owned organization.
  • Partner with leadership teams to strengthen employee development and retention strategies.

The Successful Applicant

  • 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including experience leading regional or multi-country organizations.
  • Spanish and/or Portuguese language capabilities.
  • Familiarity with family-owned or privately held businesses.
  • Prior experience serving as a Vice President of Human Resources, Chief People Officer, CHRO, or equivalent senior HR executive.
  • Demonstrated success partnering directly with CEOs and executive leadership teams.
  • Strong organizational development, change management, and talent strategy expertise.
  • Experience developing succession planning and leadership development programs.
  • Proven ability to lead within a matrixed global organization.
  • Background managing both professional and hourly employee populations.
  • Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, distribution, engineering, logistics, or related environments.
  • Strong business acumen coupled with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
