Job Description

  • Lead and execute internal audits for the equities division, ensuring adherence to regulatory and compliance standards.
  • Develop and implement risk-based audit plans and strategies.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address audit findings and ensure timely resolution.
  • Prepare comprehensive audit reports and present findings to senior management.
  • Monitor changes in regulatory requirements and assess their impact on internal processes.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior audit team members.
  • Contribute to the continuous enhancement of the audit methodology and tools.
