You will work within the internal audit department to help leaders understand audit findings and strengthen decision-making.

Job Description

  • Lead the planning and delivery of internal audit activities across the business.
  • Review financial and operational processes to identify control gaps and improvement areas.
  • Set audit scopes, priorities, and timelines based on business needs.
  • Document audit work clearly and maintain accurate records of findings.
  • Present audit results and practical recommendations to business leaders.
  • Track agreed actions and follow up on progress toward resolving findings.
  • Work with Accounting & Finance stakeholders to understand processes and address audit questions.
  • Provide clear reporting that helps leaders make informed decisions.

A successful VP Internal Audit should have:

  • Experience leading internal audit work.
  • Experience reviewing financial and operational processes.
  • Ability to assess controls and identify practical improvement areas.
  • Ability to document audit findings clearly and accurately.
  • Experience presenting findings and recommendations to business stakeholders.
  • Strong reporting and communication skills.
