VP, Regulatory Relations

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with regulatory agencies.
• Coordinate and manage responses to regulatory inquiries and examinations.
• Provide strategic guidance on regulatory matters to internal stakeholders.
• Monitor changes in regulatory requirements and assess their impact on the company.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
• Prepare and deliver reports on regulatory activities to senior management.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of regulatory filings.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory communications.
