Job Description

  • Develop and implement comprehensive tax strategies to support business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.
  • Oversee the preparation and submission of accurate tax filings and returns.
  • Manage relationships with external tax advisors and regulatory authorities.
  • Provide guidance on tax implications for business decisions and transactions.
  • Monitor changes in tax laws and advise on necessary adjustments.
  • Lead internal audits and risk assessments related to tax matters.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize tax planning opportunities.
