Job Description

  • Manage daily on-site construction activities for warehouse projects.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
  • Monitor project progress and address any delays or issues promptly.
  • Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality standards.
  • Prepare and submit reports on project status to stakeholders.
  • Manage site logistics, including material deliveries and equipment usage.
  • Resolve on-site conflicts and provide solutions to ensure project continuity.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Warehouse Construction Superintendent should have:
