Job Description

  • Manage all on-site construction activities for new warehouse projects, ensuring they align with project plans and specifications.
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and trades to maintain project schedules and quality standards.
  • Monitor compliance with safety regulations and enforce safety protocols on-site.
  • Oversee project budgets, ensuring cost-effective management of resources and materials.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to address construction challenges and implement solutions.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and maintain detailed project documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to local building codes and zoning regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide progress updates and address concerns.
