We are seeking a motivated Commercial Construction Project Coordinator to support project delivery across a range of commercial builds throughout Minnesota. Our client is a GC who's portfolio consists of more than a billion in completed construction projects with a STRONG focus on the Commercial and Multifamily sector. They have been in business for over 75 years and continue to project enormous growth in 2026 and into 2027. They are specifically looking for a PM to develop in to a SPM role over the next couple years while they continue to expand.
The Project Coordinator will support the Project Manager and Superintendent with day-to-day project operations. This role is ideal for someone looking to continue building their career on the operations side of commercial construction while gaining exposure to full project lifecycle responsibilities.
