This is a fantastic Quality Assurance Manager opportunity with a family-owned food manufacturer in Chicago, conveniently located just off I-55. This role will oversee daily quality assurance activities, ensure compliance with USDA requirements, manage SQF and HACCP programs, and play a key role in maintaining the high quality standards expected by major customers.
