The Senior Project Manager, is responsible for creation and implementation of the process for overseeing an entire project through budgeting, hiring team members, sourcing suppliers, planning and the project completion. They will direct, oversee and coordinate day-to-day management of property renovations and capital improvements from conception to completion.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in estimating costs for large-scale commercial and municipal construction projects, with a focus on delivering accurate, timely, and competitive estimates.
