The Project Manager will:

• Manage client expectations, queries and project information flow.
• Timely final subcontractor reconciliation and billing, punchlist and all final closeout.
• Develop detailed construction budgets.

• Oversees daily construction-site activities, manages subcontractors, enforces safety standards, maintains schedules, and ensures high-quality work. Coordinates with project leaders, resolves field issues, and communicates progress. Operates with significant autonomy, independently directing project execution and on-site decision‑making to ensure successful delivery.

Interact with clients with a business development mindset. Ensures efficient coordination of project requirements. Leads the team in cooperative and synergistic efforts with other disciplines on projects.

The Project Manager will:

Assist and support the project team with daily project coordination. They will be responsible for all meeting schedules, budget, and quality goals that lead to more cohesion on the team and success on projects.
