The company is seeking a Continuous Improvement (CI) Champion to lead organization‑wide CI initiatives aimed at enhancing Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Growth, and Employee Engagement (SQDCGE). This role plays a key part in shaping a culture of continuous improvement by integrating CI practices into daily operations and empowering employees at all levels.
We are seeking an experienced Quality Engineer with a strong background in electrical engineering and experience in electro-mechanical industrial products. The ideal candidate will design and implement new test systems for electronic production testing, maintain and improve existing systems, and collaborate with inspectors and technicians to ensure product quality.
The Quality Engineer will maintain and improve quality systems within a designated manufacturing area, ensuring processes, materials, and products consistently meet established standards. It involves leading corrective actions, analyzing quality data, and partnering closely with operations teams to strengthen process reliability and overall product performance.
This role leads the development and execution of a strategic Continuous Improvement roadmap aligned with business goals by driving cross-functional process improvements and deploying proven CI methodologies. It partners with leadership and employees to embed CI thinking into daily operations, improve performance through data-driven insights, and sustain a safe, efficient, and high-performing manufacturing organization.
