As an MEP Manager, you will oversee all Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection (MEPF) systems on large-scale commercial construction projects. You will collaborate closely with project teams, trade partners, design teams, and clients to ensure systems are designed, coordinated, and installed to the highest standards of quality, performance, and efficiency.

This role requires extensive Ground-Up, Mission Critical, or Industrial construction experience, along with over 15 years in the field-10 of those as a Superintendent-with strong expertise across all 16 construction divisions, particularly in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing. The ideal candidate excels at building relationships with subcontractors and clients, anticipates project challenges, and is comfortable with 100% travel.
