We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of a high-profile $100M Lab & Research Facility project in New Jersey. This is an opportunity to join one of New Jersey's most respected and stable General Contractors, overseeing complex projects while serving as a trusted partner to clients, architects, and internal project teams.
As a Project Manager you will be responsible for overseeing projects from start to finish and developing relationships with the on-site teams.
This position oversees all phases of interior construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to client specifications. Responsibilities include managing project planning, coordinating with stakeholders, supervising subcontractors, and resolving any issues while maintaining compliance with local codes and high-quality standards.
