The Lead Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing all field operations from groundbreaking through project turnover. This individual will serve as the primary field leader, coordinating subcontractors, managing schedules, maintaining quality standards, enforcing safety protocols, and ensuring projects are delivered successfully.

We are seeking Senior Electrical Engineers with experience in either Protection & Control or Substation Physical Design to support a large-scale utility program through the end of the year. The role includes some travel: 4-6 weeks of back-office reviews, followed by about a week in the field at substation sites, repeating for each phase.
This role leads substation projects end-to-end owning client relationships, driving project delivery, and building a high-performing engineering team across complex infrastructure work. It offers the chance to work within a major EPC environment where you're involved in the full project lifecycle, gaining exposure to large-scale builds and real accountability from design through construction.
