The Lead Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing all field operations from groundbreaking through project turnover. This individual will serve as the primary field leader, coordinating subcontractors, managing schedules, maintaining quality standards, enforcing safety protocols, and ensuring projects are delivered successfully.
We're looking for a public works professional who has spent the majority of their career with reputable general contractors, possesses deep DSA expertise, has strong scheduling acumen, and has successfully led public-sector projects up to $40M. This individual should be capable of operating autonomously while providing leadership to project teams and clients.
Responsibilities include budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor management, contract administration, and client coordination. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing contractor offering project ownership, direct access to executive leadership, and long-term advancement opportunities. $190K+ base salary plus benefits.
