A leading engineering consulting organization focused on electric utility infrastructure, providing design, engineering, and consulting services for substations, transmission, power generation, renewable energy, and grid modernization projects.

We are seeking Senior Electrical Engineers with experience in either Protection & Control or Substation Physical Design to support a large-scale utility program through the end of the year. The role includes some travel: 4-6 weeks of back-office reviews, followed by about a week in the field at substation sites, repeating for each phase.

Lead the field operations on large-scale ground-up multifamily and senior living developments for one of Southern California's most respected commercial builders. Lead the execution of high-voltage transmission and substation projects ranging from 69kV-500kV, overseeing all phases from planning through construction and closeout. Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and client relationships while leading multidisciplinary engineering teams. This role is ideal for an experienced project leader with a strong utility or EPC background delivering complex power infrastructure projects.

This role is responsible for leading the technical delivery of electrical substation projects from early-stage planning through detailed design and execution.
