Create and execute project preplanning activities with subcontractors. Coordinate subcontractors, architects, inspectors and suppliers to resolve any problems with materials or methods. Inspect work in progress to ensure that workmanship conforms to specifications and the adherence to construction schedules

The Punch List Superintendent oversees the final phase of construction projects, coordinating inspections, tracking punch list items, and ensuring all corrective work is completed to meet quality standards, project specifications, and client expectations. This role works closely with subcontractors, project teams, and owners to resolve outstanding issues, verify completion, and support the successful closeout and turnover of projects.
The Physical Substation Designer will develop detailed design packages for high-voltage substations, including equipment layouts, grounding plans, conduit routing, structural details, and construction drawings. Working alongside engineers and project teams, this role supports new substation builds, expansions, and modernization projects from concept through construction.
The Senior Superintendent is responsible for the overall field leadership, coordination, and execution of large-scale commercial construction projects exceeding $50 million in Palm Beach County and surrounding South Florida markets. This role oversees all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
The Traveling Superintendent is responsible for taking ground up and interiors projects from start to finish. Working in conjunction with the PM to ensure timely delivery of projects. They will cover projects on the East Coast from Florida to Maryland.
