Seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead on-site execution for ground-up, commercial construction projects. Responsible for managing multiple projects, ensuring safety, quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery. Serves as the primary field leader, coordinating subcontractors, clients, and project teams while upholding the clients high standards.

• Provide a daily client update including project progress report and photographs; keep a daily log of what took place on-site for each project while working directly with assistant superintendent to drive and create 3-6 week look-ahead schedule. Communicate with the client daily about the project and be prepared to answer their questions.

Oversee the day-to-day field operations of diverse commercial builds from planning to completion. This includes, but is not limited to, daily scheduling, supervision of all site or area activities, tasks and personnel, and ensuring the safety and overall compliance of the project or area.

The Superintendent will execute construction projects by organizing, planning, and overseeing project tasks. The Superintendent will complete quality inspections and supervise all project members, including staff and sub-contractors.
