Our GC client is looking for an experienced Traveling Senior/General Superintendent, Traveling MEP Manager, and Traveling EH&S Managert with at least 5+ years experience specifically in the Data Center space. In liue of Data Center experinece: Convention Centers, Higher-Ed, Pharma, Battery plants/semi-conductor will be considered. Potential project locations included: Columbus, Cincy, Northern KY, Texas (various), Northern Virginia, George and the Carolinas.

As a Healthcare Superintendent, you will be leading daily on-site operations to ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks are met, coordinating and supervising subcontractors and trades to maintain schedule alignment and craftsmanship, and enforcing strict adherence to safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and company procedures.

As Project Manager, you will be leading and maintaining overall project schedules to ensure timely completion, preparing and submitting payment requisitions in coordination with stakeholders, and reviewing, managing, and enforcing contract terms and obligations, as well as overseeing and controlling project budgets, ensuring financial accountability.

As the Quality Control Manager, you'll report directly to the Director of Construction and manage a team of eight. You'll be responsible for ensuring all dry utility installations (power, telecom, gas) are executed to the highest standards of safety, compliance, and accuracy.
