This is a fantastic opportunity to join a stable, yet growing business as a manufacturing engineer. The ideal candidate will spend some time on the floor improving processes and equipment, while also playing a key part in major engineering and CapEx projects from start to finish!
This Manufacturing Process Engineer will be a hands-on presence on the production floor, supporting aluminum manufacturing operations, troubleshooting process issues, and driving continuous improvement efforts. Acting as a key link between production, quality, maintenance, and operations, this role focuses on enhancing safety, quality, productivity, and overall manufacturing performance while ensuring process consistency and adherence to standards.
