The process engineer will play a key role in optimizing production processes and ensuring quality in an aerospace manufacturing environment. This position near Glenwillow, OH, requires technical expertise and a focus on continuous improvement within the aerospace industry.
This Manufacturing Engineer role provides a strong opportunity to enhance and streamline production processes within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and gain hands-on experience throughout the entire engineering lifecycle, from initial concept to final implementation.
The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for supporting CNC machining and lathe assembly operations by designing efficient processes, streamlining workflows, and promoting continuous improvement in accordance with ISO 9001 standards. This role delivers technical expertise in CNC programming, tooling and fixture design, process routing, and optimization to enhance product quality, operational efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
The Senior Manufacturing Engineer will lead the development and refinement of production processes, ensuring they meet standards for safety, quality, cost-effectiveness, efficiency, and scalability. This role manages process documentation, facilitates engineering modifications, and guides the transformation from a workshop-style setup to fully structured, high-volume manufacturing operations.
