Their continued growth and expansion into new markets have created an immediate need for experienced project management talent.Job DescriptionReporting directly to a Project Executive, the Project Manager / Senior Project Manager will oversee multiple construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This individual will play a critical role in client management, subcontractor coordination, financial oversight, and overall project execution.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full project lifecycle from preconstruction through project completionLead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and execution effortsOversee project financials including forecasting, cost control, change orders, and profitabilityCoordinate and communicate with clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teamsManage subcontractor buyout, contract negotiations, and scope reviewUtilize Procore to maintain project documentation, reporting, and workflow managementIdentify project risks and proactively drive solutions to maintain schedule and budget objectivesPartner with field leadership to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfactionMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
