  • Manage calendars and schedule appointments to optimize team efficiency.
  • Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas and presentations.
  • Maintain accurate records and organize files for easy retrieval.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders via email and phone.
  • Assist in handling travel arrangements and expense reports.
  • Support the team with administrative tasks such as data entry and document preparation.
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless operations within the department.

The Successful Applicant

  • Must have construction, real estate, or similar experience.
  • Previous experience as a Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, and/or Office Manager.
  • Must be able to work on-site Monday through Friday.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage various responsibilities effectively.
  • Experience with scheduling, document preparation, and office management.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency with office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite.
