This role is with a long-standing financial services firm in Long Island. Their team is small, tight knit and very client facing. This role is hybrid, 4 days a week in office.

Job Description

  • Coordinate and manage daily administrative tasks to support the office's operational needs.
  • Schedule and maintain calendars, appointments, and meetings for team members.
  • Prepare, proofread, and distribute documents, presentations, and reports as required.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely responses and efficient communication.
  • Maintain and organize office files, records, and supplies to ensure accessibility and orderliness.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating company events or meetings.
  • Collaborate with team members to complete various projects and tasks promptly.
  • Ensure confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
