Job Description

  • Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings and resolving conflicts.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations for internal and external use.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Support the preparation and coordination of events and meetings.
  • Assist in managing departmental budgets, invoices, and expense reports.
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Administrative Assistant/Receptionist should have:

  • 2-5 Years as an administrative Assistant, finance is preferred..
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Experience with calendar management, travel coordination, and document preparation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care.
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving.
