Job Description

  • Coordinate complex administrative and project-based support for attorneys and firm leadership.
  • Manage calendars, travel arrangements, expense reports, and time entry.
  • Organize client meetings, conference calls, and special events.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and other business-critical materials.
  • Support document management, records retention, and administrative projects.
  • Assist with client on-boarding, conflicts checks, and engagement documentation.
  • Coordinate billing activities and liaise with accounting teams.
  • Partner with internal departments and global offices to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Deliver exceptional client service while handling confidential information.
  • Support business development initiatives and maintain client relationship data.
