Job Description

  • Act as a central coordinator supporting partners and senior stakeholders
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting materials
  • Manage calendars, meeting logistics, and complex travel arrangements
  • Support practice management and ad‑hoc projects across departments
  • Assist with basic marketing and business development initiatives
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure follow‑through on action items
  • Work independently while collaborating with multiple internal teams

The Successful Applicant

A successful Administrative Project Coordinator should have:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum of 2 years professional experience
  • Strong preference for legal experience (litigation or mass torts highly valued)
  • Background in legal administration, practice coordination, or paralegal work
  • Demonstrated stability in recent roles (ideally 2+ years in most recent position)
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable supporting senior partners
  • Strong skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and general office systems
  • Able to manage competing priorities with minimal supervision

What's on Offer

  • Salary range: $80,000-$100,000 (maximum; no flexibility)
  • Full training program (8-12 weeks) with dedicated mentors
  • First 90 days fully onsite, then 4 days per week in the office
  • Standard hours 9:30-5:30, with overtime as required
  • Exposure to senior leadership and cross‑functional teams
