Job Description



Investment Strategy & Origination

  • Assist in shaping and executing investment strategies across targeted sectors and thematic priorities
  • Proactively originate investment opportunities by conducting market mapping and cultivating strong industry relationships
  • Track macroeconomic conditions, sector trends, and geopolitical developments that may influence investment outcomes
  • Build and maintain relationships with business owners, intermediaries, and industry participants



Investment Evaluation & Execution

  • Develop compelling investment theses supported by rigorous financial, operational, and commercial analysis
  • Lead financial modeling, valuation work, and return assessments for prospective transactions
  • Coordinate and support comprehensive due diligence efforts spanning financial, legal, and operational areas
  • Contribute to transaction structuring, negotiation processes, and execution of deal documentation
  • Prepare clear, high‑quality investment committee materials and recommendations



Portfolio Management & Value Creation

  • Monitor portfolio company performance and key value drivers
  • Support the execution and tracking of value creation initiatives across investments
  • Partner with management teams and key stakeholders to address operational challenges and enhance performance
  • Produce ongoing portfolio reviews, performance analyses, and reporting materials



Stakeholder Engagement

  • Develop and sustain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, including partners, advisors, and regulatory bodies
  • Collaborate with other investment professionals to share insights and support cross‑sector initiatives



Operational & Team Contributions

  • Support continuous improvement of internal processes and investment best practices
  • Assist with portfolio planning, strategic initiatives, budgeting, and market intelligence efforts
  • Maintain CRM systems and investment-related documentation
  • Travel periodically, both domestically and internationally, to support diligence efforts, relationship development, and portfolio oversight

Qualifications & Experience

  • 3-5+ years of experience in private equity, investment banking, corporate finance, or management consulting
  • Strong foundation in financial modeling, valuation, and investment analysis
  • Proven ability to assess businesses across multiple industries, incorporating macroeconomic and sector dynamics
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Prior experience with direct private equity investing and transaction execution preferred
  • Familiarity with deal structuring concepts and applicable legal frameworks
  • Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) or comparable professional experience valued
