Job Description

  • Support project planning, scheduling, procurement, and document control
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, owners, architects, and field teams
  • Track project budgets, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
  • Assist with project reporting, forecasting, and closeout activities
  • Help ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget

The Successful Applicant

A successful Apm - Orlando Area Public Projects should have:

  • 1-4 years of construction experience with a general contractor
  • Background in commercial, public, municipal, or infrastructure projects preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Degree preferred but not required
