Job Description

The APM/PM - Government Projects - NoVA will:

  • Support project execution from preconstruction through closeout
  • Assist with scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor coordination
  • Track project progress, documentation, and compliance requirements
  • Collaborate with clients, field teams, and leadership to ensure delivery
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders
  • Help maintain quality, safety, and timeline standards across projects

The Successful Applicant

The APM/PM - Government Projects - NoVA will have:

  • 2-5+ years of experience in construction project management (APM or Jr. PM level)
  • Experience in government, healthcare, SCIF, or secure environments preferred
  • Background in commercial interiors or tenant improvement projects
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, high-accountability environments
