Job Description

  • Review drawings and spec
  • Create purchase orders (drywall, steel, etc.)
  • Manage change orders, purchase orders, & permits with some autonomy
  • Create project schedules alongside the Project Manager
  • Update change orders
  • Assist with monthly budgets by breaking down the overall project budget

The Successful Applicant

  • 2+ years as a Project Engineer or Assistant Project Manager with a General Contractor
  • Experience with Procore, MS Project, and/or Bluebeam
  • Construction knowledge
  • BS Degree in Construction Management or similar (required)
  • A willingness to grow and learn
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
