They prioritize professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement across all aspects of their operations.Job DescriptionSupport the Superintendent in overseeing daily on-site construction activities for custom homes and luxury condominium projectsCoordinate and supervise subcontractors, trades, and deliveries to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standardsAssist in maintaining project schedules by tracking progress and proactively identifying potential delaysMonitor quality of workmanship, with a strong focus on high-end finishes, custom millwork, and detailed design elementsHelp manage site logistics, including material staging, site cleanliness, and organization in tight or active residential environmentsConduct regular walkthroughs to ensure adherence to plans, specifications, and brand-level expectationsAssist with inspections to ensure compliance with building codes, permits, and safety regulationsWork closely with project managers to communicate field updates, RFIs, and change ordersMaintain daily reports, photo documentation, and site recordsSupport punch list development and completion to ensure an exceptional final productFoster a professional and respectful jobsite culture aligned with client expectations in high-end residential settingsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
