Job Description

The Assistant Project Manager will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the Project Manager in day-to-say execution of a ground-up multifamily construction project
  • Coordinating subcontractors, schedules, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
  • Assisting with cost control, change management, and progress tracking
  • Ensuring on-site activities align with safety, quality, and program requirements
  • Collaborating closely with design, construction, and internal stakeholder teams

The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Project Manager should have:

  • 4-7 years' experience in construction project management or field operations
  • Background in new construction, ideally wood-frame multifamily
  • Alternative experience considered: new-build hotel or commercial projects
  • Comfortable working 100% on-site
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
