Job Description

  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and managing construction projects from start to finish.
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Monitor project progress, ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including budgets, schedules, and reports.
  • Support the Project Manager in resolving issues and addressing challenges that arise during construction.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Contribute to cost control efforts by monitoring expenses and identifying efficiencies.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure quality and client satisfaction.
